When I was 10, I was inspired to whip up duck à l’orange in my NYC apartment after watching Julia Child. That was the start of my love affair with cooking. I’m a true lover of all cuisines and will travel to the end of any subway line to discover a new dish, from Coney Island to Jackson Heights. In 2002, I started my own catering company, Silver Tray Events, putting together unforgettable meals for New York’s media moguls as well as my friends and family.
